Applying false lashes may seem complicated when the thought crosses your mind but don’t worry diva.glam boutique has you covered and will make the impossible, possible. All you need is a little faith and glam. Finding the perfect lashes are key to this application. Some of us divas may want a flirty natural lash where you can find in our luxury set, while others may want to go with a full glam look where you can find in our beverly hills set . However, i will say if this is your first time which i am pretty sure it is, it is best to go the affordable route. While synthetic lashes are great, they can be hard to manage and uncomfortable to wear. Trust me, I’ve been there. You don’t want to go out buying the most expensive on the market as we know lashes can be costly so faux mink lashes will be the next best bet being that they are better quality, affordable, last longer, and can offer a flawless finish if applied correctly. Make sure you visit our website diva.glamboutique.com, we have affordable faux mink lashes and addition to being affordable we often run promotions. It is indeed possible to achieve a flawless finish by following these simple steps. Also, refer to the bottom page for addition tips and tricks.

Step 1: After finding the lashes that are the perfect match for you. Gather all the supplies that you will need for the application. Which includes: Lashes, Tweezers, Lash glue, and Mascara.

Step 2: You want to start by applying an even thin coat of mascara to your natural eyelashes. This will allow the lashes to look natural and stick better.

Step 3: Gently separate the false lashes from the plastic tray usually most lashes will have a little adhesive on the lashes that keeps them held in place. Tip #1 Be careful not to just rip off the lashes fast. IT CAN RIP THE LASHES IN HALF. We don’t want that so Slow down and take your time to separate each one by gently pulling starting from the middle.

Step 4: Once, you have both lashes separate pay attention to the lashes. The shorter side of the silk fibers are usually meant for the inner corner of your eye as the longer side is meant for the outer corner of your eye. This is important to identify or the application will look funny and we don’t want that.

Step 5: Time to apply the lash glue to the band of the lashes. You may use whatever lash glue better suits you. I personally love duo lash glue ( dark tone ). Tip #2 Look for lashes with a thick band! Trust this diva, it will make your lash application easier. I usually love the thick bands on the lashes because they tend to stick better and last longer. Applying the lash glue will be something you will like to take your time. Here’s where you will need your lash glue and tweezer. Apply a dot size amount to the back on your hand. Tip #3 I like to use the end of my tweezers to apply an even coat on the band. It just makes it easier to apply. Try to focus on the middle and ends since we don’t want them to lift up after application.
Step 6: Pump your brakes! You’ll not ready to apply them just yet. Allow the lash glue to get tacky which for most lash glue will take 15-20 seconds. Tip #4 if you do not have the time to wait you can speed up the process by blowing the lashes.

Step 7: Okay. You have now waited longer than a person at the dmv but glam takes time. LOL Now the best part, Let's put those bad boys on and fly away with the birds. Here is where the tweezers become the most vital part in getting our easy flawless finish. Pick up the lashes with the tweezers by gripping it in the middle. Now, while using a mirror and remember to look downward in the mirror for a better hand at placing the lash. You want to place the lash directly on the middle of your natural eyelashes.Tip#5 Tweezers are great for placing the lashes in the right place.

Step 8: After you placed the lash in the middle as close as you can to your natural eyelashes, now you want to gently press down with the tweezers to secure your inner and outer corners. Also, i like to make sure the lashes are close to my natural eyelashes as possible so i use my thumb and pointy finger to push both my natural lashes and false lashes together. Believe me you will thank me later, tweezers will become a lifesaver when it comes applying your lashes.

Step 9: You are all done! Glam away! Don’t forget to bat those eyes like your the only diva in the world.
I also, have a YouTube video on this process if you are interested.
